Bible Study

ADULT BIBLE CLASSES START AGAIN WEDNESDAY, SEPT, 17

We’re finally able to start our Adult Bible Classes again after our summer pause, and we are looking forward to having all interested adults rejoin us in our PARISH LIBRARY (Downstairs of Hellenic Center). We are starting our weekly schedule on Wednesday, Sept 17 at 12 noon, and our class will continue every Wednesday at 12 noon after that. The class lasts one hour. As before, we are open to all adults who wish to come and discuss and share their life’s adventures relating to faith in this world. The meetings purposely encourage dialogue among ourselves, and we use the Orthodox Study Bible as our reference point. Bibles are in our Library and available to all who come, or you may bring your own if you wish.

We are continuing our studies of the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 2. If you are newly thinking about joining the group, you will have no problem picking up where we are starting. Discussions include life situations we face every day, and we constantly learn from each others’ experiences. Discussions are lively, and the fellowship is great. Please consider coming to check us out to see if you are interested.

I look forward to sharing with you and learning from you.

Father Tom
